Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 48 states within the continental US.
Is there a minimum order for shipping?
No there is no minimum order.
I’m sending my cookies as a gift. Can you include a note?
Absolutely. Upon check-out where it says “note to recipient” attach your personalized message.
Is gift wrapping available?
Customized gift wrapping services are available. You can either select at checkout or call us to create one for you.
When is my account charged?
Paypal will start processing your payment as soon as you submit your order.
When is my order shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours Monday thru Friday.
What service do you use to ship an order?
We send our packages through USPS Priority mail. our packages usually arrive within 1-3 days after shipping. Prices vary depending on the destination of where the cookies are being sent
How long will the cookies retain their freshness?
If they are stored in their original container they will maintain their freshness for 3 weeks. They freeze well and will last up to 3 months in the freezer.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, we can. If you have a unique order or having difficulty using the website please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I use another payment method?
We accept most major credit cards thru Paypal or over the phone. We do not accept personal checks.
Your cookies are so good, can I sell them in my store?
We do have several distributors. Call us and we’ll put you in touch with them.
